Funding fit
Lutheran High School was in the Texas Comptroller's TEFA participating-school finder when we checked on October 11, 2026, so a student with a Texas Education Freedom Account can use it here. For 2026-27 the account is $10,474 per student. It's paid to the school through the Odyssey platform in three deposits: 25% on July 1, 25% on October 1 and 50% on February 1. To be in the program, a school has to be accredited by a TEPSAC-recognized body or TEA, have operated for at least two school years, and give a norm-referenced test every year in grades 3-12.
Christian schools often offer church-member rates, sponsorships and sibling discounts, and the state's guidelines say those discounts must continue for TEFA families. Church-run schools may also qualify for the Edu Fund partner scholarship, which has no income cap. The registered name suggests a school run by a congregation, which is the kind of school our partner fund is built around.

- Will you accept the TEFA payment schedule (25% July, 25% October, 50% February), or do you need a deposit from personal funds?
