Tripoint Schools

Independent & Secular School for grades K-12 in San Antonio. In the TEFA finder. Below: what funding fits, what the public records show, and what to ask.

Where this comes from. TEFA participation is from the Texas Education Freedom Accounts participating-school finder (Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts), which we checked on October 11, 2026. Enrollment, teachers, religious orientation and associations are from the NCES Private School Survey (U.S. Department of Education) (2023-24, or 2021-22 where noted). Neither source reports tuition, so confirm tuition with the school.

What the account adds up to over 13 years, kindergarten through grade 12, at the 2026-27 amount

Tripoint Schools was in the Texas Comptroller's TEFA participating-school finder when we checked on October 11, 2026, so a student with a Texas Education Freedom Account can use it here. For 2026-27 the account is $10,474 per student. It's paid to the school through the Odyssey platform in three deposits: 25% on July 1, 25% on October 1 and 50% on February 1. To be in the program, a school has to be accredited by a TEPSAC-recognized body or TEA, have operated for at least two school years, and give a norm-referenced test every year in grades 3-12.

The school reports special-education services or a learning-differences focus. If a TEFA student has a current IEP on file with TEA, the account is larger. For a North East ISD resident it's about $15,873 to $16,989 for regular-campus IEP settings, capped at $30,000.

Independent schools set their own need-based aid. A school can take a TEFA award into account when it decides aid, but it can't charge a TEFA family a different tuition.
